Find your center beneath the canopy. Rooted is an intentional, nature-immersive practice designed to slow your nervous system down to the rhythm of the earth. Surrounded by the quiet energy of the trees, we will move through a grounding, steady physical sequence, integrate mindful breathwork, and settle into a deep forest meditation. Leave feeling stable, reconnected, and deeply nourished. 📍 The Setting -Location: [TBD] -Parking & Meeting Spot: ✨ What to Expect Flow: We begin with an ambient sensory awakening to tune into the forest environment, transition into a steady, stabilizing movement sequence, and conclude with a restful, fully supported earth-side meditation. Pace: Slow, deliberate, and deeply grounding. This practice is entirely open and accessible to all levels, focuses on stability, and requires no prior experience. The Experience: A complete forest-immersion practice. You will focus on the steadying presence of the trees and the earthy elements, concluding with a peaceful, post-session herbal tea ritual. 🎒 What to Bring [ ] A yoga mat or an outdoor blanket [ ] A water bottle to stay hydrated [ ] Comfortable walking shoes or sandals for the short walk to our practice spot [ ] Light layers (the forest shade can keep things beautifully cool) Extra blankets, sunscreen, and water are lovingly provided, as needed, upon request. 🌤️ A Note on Outdoor Sessions (Our Weather Policy) Because we practice fully immersed in nature, our schedule is beautifully tied to the elements. -Check the Sky: Please take a quick look at the local forecast before heading out to join us. -Safety First: In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions, we will safely pause the session. -Easy Rescheduling: If we have to cancel due to weather, you will receive a text and email notification at least 90 minutes before class starts, and your session will be automatically credited so you can easily reschedule for a clearer day.
