Start your day with a rejuvenating sunrise beach meditation. Experience the beauty of dawn while engaging in mindfulness practices that promote clarity and positive energy. 📍 The Setting Location: Pensacola Beach, Crossover 25A (799-709 Ariola Dr, Pensacola Beach, FL 32561). Parking & Meeting Spot: There is public beach parking at the location. Park and walk toward the dunes—look for our welcome table on the beach side of the crossover boardwalk, where we’ll be waiting to greet you. ✨ What to Expect Flow: We begin with an opening mindfulness practice to connect with the coastal elements, move into a gentle, accessible movement sequence, and conclude with an extended, deeply restful ocean-side meditation. Pace: Slow, fluid, and restorative. This practice is entirely open and accessible to all levels, bodies, and backgrounds. The Experience: A complete sensory immersion. You'll focus on the expansive horizon, the salt air, and the grounding texture of the sand. 🎒 What to Bring [ ] A large beach towel or a yoga mat (a thick towel or beach blanket often works best on the sand!) [ ] A water bottle to stay hydrated [ ] Sunglasses or a hat for the coastal glare [ ] Light, comfortable layers (the beach breeze can sometimes feel cool during meditation) Blankets, sunscreen, and water are lovingly provided, as needed, upon request. 🌤️ A Note on Outdoor Sessions (Our Weather Policy) Because we practice fully immersed in nature, our schedule is beautifully tied to the elements. -Check the Sky: Please take a quick look at the local forecast before heading out to join us. -Safety First: In the event of heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe weather conditions, we will safely pause the session. -Easy Rescheduling: If we have to cancel due to weather, you will receive a text and email notification at least 90 minutes before class starts, and your session will be automatically credited so you can easily reschedule for a sunnier day.
